I can’t say enough great things about Next Storage. From the moment you pull onto the property, you can tell this facility is extremely well maintained and professionally managed. The entire property is spotless — no trash, no loose debris, no oil stains — just clean concrete, new buildings, and bright, well-lit drive lanes. It feels secure, organized, and thoughtfully designed. One of the biggest conveniences is the location. It’s incredibly close to Walmart, which makes it easy to grab supplies like boxes, tape, or storage bins and head straight over to your unit. It’s also right next to Ft. Cavazos Clear Creek entrance, making it very convenient if you live or work in that area. The accessibility alone makes this place stand out.

I’ve used this facility for almost a year now. I will definitely look to use this storage facility/ brand in the future. This facility was pristinely maintained with appropriate lighting, security, and cleanliness. Climate control storage was always properly cooled/heated. Also, Joe was beyond pleasant to work with and provided excellent customer service!

Great experience quick and simple to get a storage unit. Joe was very helpful in my moving in and moving out.
